The Law (Reg. No. 1314) Закон (реєстр. №1314) envisages that the authorized central executive body on social policy and labour is to publish monthly actual calculations of living wage at its official web-page and in the official State editions till twentieth of the next month. Information regarding actual rate of living wage per person and separately for those who belongs to basic social and demographic population groups, together with relevant calculations, is to be submitted every month to the President of Ukraine, The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, national trade union associations, national associations of employers´ organizations.
